<p>A company’s DNA is set in the first 90 days. All team members are the smartest or most clever in their domain. “A” level founders attract an “A” level team.</p>

5. Then we act. Above all we act quickly, we are not here to waste your time.</p>
<p>xCap Angels is not a fund and does not invest as a group. Our members collaborate on due diligence but make individual investment decisions. Each member makes their own thorough review of all information, including speaking with representatives of the company.</p>
